If there is a dead domestic animal on private property, please call Animal Control at 707-565-7100.

If you are a resident, dog licenses can be obtained at our Revenue counter at City Hall Annex, 90 South Avenue, 1st floor, 95404 or call (707) 543-3170. This location is a pay station for the City which administers the dog licensing program.

Complaints received regarding such things as, but not limited to, Unsafe Buildings, Vehicle and Trash & Debris Storage, Animal Violations, Un-permitted Construction and Substandard Housing are reported to Code Enforcement. For inquiries on fencing, please call (707) 565-7100.

Complaints received regarding Noise Violations are reported to the Police Department. For inquiries on noise ordinances for a gathering or event you are planning on your property, please notify Code Enforcement (707) 565-7100.

Complaints received regarding overgrown weeds are reported to Code Enforcement at (707) 565-7100.
